Bill for completed work. Labour and materials itemised separately. Client confirms before payment is expected. Links to M-Pesa reference when payment arrives.
Job Completion Receipt
Client signs off that the job was completed to the agreed specification. This document unlocks final payment. A client who signs cannot later claim the work was not done.
Instalment Agreement
For large jobs — deposit upfront, midpoint payment, final on completion. Each payment receipted separately and linked to the agreement. Every instalment is on record.
