Trade reputation

Proof that follows you.

A locked document proves one deal. Do enough of them and something bigger builds — a track record other people can see and trust before they deal with you. Here's how it works, and honestly, what it can and can't do.

What builds your record

Every deal leaves a signal

Your reputation isn't a score Nana invents. It's built from what actually happened — the deals you honoured, and the ones that went wrong. Both are on record.

What builds trust

Positive signals accrue every time you deal cleanly.

Agreements confirmed and completed
A high response rate — you confirm when asked
Receipts and deliveries confirmed without incident
Time on the platform — a long clean history

What raises questions

These don't brand you guilty — they're facts others can weigh.

Disputes filed — especially ones left unanswered
A low response rate — often asked, rarely confirms
A pattern of the same problem, repeated
Refusing to confirm a deal that clearly happened
One honest limit

Reputation only works for what happens on Nana. Someone who never engages — never gets sent an agreement, never appears — builds no record, good or bad. Nana can't pressure what it can't see. What it can do is make the people who do use it impossible to deal with blind.

Before you deal

See who you're dealing with — first

Before you confirm a new agreement, Nana shows you the other party's track record: how many deals they've completed, how often they respond, and whether they have disputes on file. Not a verdict — just the facts, so you can decide with your eyes open.

Why it matters

A good record opens doors

Nana holds no money and runs no court — so the only things a track record changes are what people can see about you, and how much they trust dealing with you. That turns out to matter a lot.

Strong
Clean, active history
Your profile is a selling point. Buyers deal with confidence, and you can share your record with anyone — a supplier, a lender, a new customer who's never met you.
Questions
Unanswered disputes or a low response rate
Others see the flags before they deal with you. Nothing is hidden and nothing is decided — but people can choose to ask more questions, or walk away.
Pattern
A repeated pattern of the same problem
A one-off dispute is noise; a pattern is signal. When the same issue keeps recurring, it's visible — and that visibility is the consequence.
When a deal goes wrong

Filing a dispute

If a deal breaks down, either side can put it on record — free, on every plan. Here's what happens.

01
You file
Open the locked document and report the problem — what went wrong, in your own words, with any evidence. You confirm it with a code.
02
They respond
The other party is notified on WhatsApp and gets to put their side on record. If they stay silent, that silence is recorded too.
03
It's on record
Both accounts, the locked document, and both statements become a permanent record — part of each party's trade history, and an evidence pack you can take anywhere.

Nana records the dispute — it doesn't rule on it. We're not a court and we hold no money, so we can't force a refund or decide who's right. What we do is make sure the whole thing is on record, fairly, for both sides — and that the pattern shows if it keeps happening.
