Payment plan agreed at the start of term. Schedule locked. Both school and parent confirm. No dispute about what arrangement was made when the third instalment misses its date.
Supplier Agreement
Uniforms, books, catering, stationery. Lock the supply terms before goods arrive. Delivery note confirms receipt. Payment receipt confirms settlement.
Temporary Staff Contract
Short-term teacher or staff engagement. Daily rate, duration, subject, and responsibilities locked before the first day. No dispute about terms when the contract ends.
