What traders use
Every document
traders need.
Trade Invoice
Itemised bill with quantities, unit prices, and totals. Both buyer and seller confirm. Once confirmed, the amount cannot be disputed. M-Pesa reference attached when payment arrives.
{{items}}{{quantities}}{{total}}{{mpesa_ref}}
Trade Agreement
Use before goods move. Records what was agreed, the price, the delivery date, and the payment terms. When both parties confirm, there is no room for "that's not what we said."
{{goods_description}}{{delivery_date}}{{payment_terms}}
Delivery Note
Receiver confirms goods arrived in agreed condition. A buyer who signs the delivery note cannot later claim goods were not delivered or arrived damaged. Created at the point of handover.
{{items}}{{condition}}{{receiver}}
Payment Receipt
Proof of payment received — not an M-Pesa screenshot that can be faked or misinterpreted, but a locked document with both parties' confirmation. Includes M-Pesa reference and the specific transaction it covers.
{{amount_paid}}{{mpesa_ref}}{{payment_for}}
Quotation
Lock your price before the buyer makes a decision. A locked quotation prevents the buyer claiming you quoted a different figure after they committed. Valid until a set date — after which the price can change.
{{quoted_amount}}{{valid_until}}
Instalment Agreement
For large orders paid in instalments. Locks the total, the schedule, and the consequences of missed payments. Each instalment payment is receipted separately and linked back to the agreement.
{{total_amount}}{{schedule}}{{default_terms}}
