Is there really a free trial?▾
Yes. The Trader plan is free for 30 days. No credit card required. You will receive a WhatsApp reminder 7 days before the trial ends. If you don't upgrade, your account downgrades to the Free plan — you keep your locked documents but cannot create new ones.
How is the Landlord plan priced?▾
KES 200 per unit per month. A landlord with 5 units pays KES 1,000 per month. A landlord with 10 units pays KES 2,000. There is no cap — the more units, the better the deal per unit compared to any other documentation system.
What payment methods do you accept?▾
M-Pesa. That is the only payment method right now. You will be prompted to pay via M-Pesa on WhatsApp when you upgrade. Your plan activates immediately after payment is confirmed.
What happens to my documents if I cancel?▾
Your locked documents are permanent. Cancelling your subscription does not delete your documents. You and your counterparties can still access all locked documents via their verify URLs indefinitely. You lose the ability to create new documents unless you resubscribe or use the Free plan.
